Job Description
An established Northeast Ohio exterior lighting company is seeking experienced, dependable installation contractors for residential and commercial projects throughout the Greater Cleveland area.
We specialize in professionally installed exterior architectural LED lighting systems. We’re looking for individuals or small installation crews who take pride in quality workmanship, work efficiently, and can complete projects with minimal supervision.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced contractors looking for consistent project opportunities without having to handle customer acquisition, sales, or scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Install exterior LED architectural lighting systems on residential and commercial properties.
- Work safely and efficiently on ladders and rooftops.
- Mount lighting tracks, route wiring, and install electrical components according to provided specifications.
- Maintain clean, professional installations with attention to detail.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure systems function properly.
- Communicate project progress and completion details.
Qualifications
- Experience in exterior lighting, roofing, siding, gutters, low-voltage electrical work, or similar trades preferred.
- Comfortable working at heights and using extension ladders.
- Ability to read measurements and follow installation layouts.
- Must have reliable transportation and appropriate installation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and complete projects on schedule.
- General liability insurance preferred.
