Essential Functions
Key Responsibilities
- Perform testing and measurements on rubber compounds using laboratory equipment
- Ensure materials meet specifications before release
- Collect and prepare samples accurately
- Record and report test data
- Verify chemical dispersion
- Test moisture content and slurry samples
- Report equipment issues and unsafe conditions
- Maintain clean lab environment
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing or lab experience preferred
- Attention to detail and quality focus
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Basic computer skills
- Lift 50–75 lbs
- Stand and perform repetitive tasks
