Compensation Range
$110,000 $150,000 DOE
Compensation for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience, location, and demonstrated skills. We consider factors such as years of relevant experience, past impact in operational or startup roles, and technical or analytical expertise when determining salary.

What You Will Own
- Define and own the product roadmap, balancing engineering feasibility with customer impact.
- Translate enterprise customer requirements into clear, actionable product specs and user stories.
- Run sprints, prioritize features, and ensure predictable delivery across US and India-based teams.
- Serve as a trusted customer-facing representative, leading discovery sessions, demos, and onsite engagements.
- Collaborate with engineering to understand technical tradeoffs without getting bogged down in implementation details.
- Identify opportunities where AI/ML can improve customer workflows and product efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical/quantitative field, or equivalent experience demonstrating strong analytical, technical, and business skills.
- 2-5 years experience in engineering at an early-stage B2B SaaS startup with strong product/PM exposure.
- Strong understanding of backend development (Python, APIs) and familiarity with modern frontend stack.
- Ability to bridge engineering and product: understand technical constraints while focusing on business impact.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers, translating needs into clear requirements and roadmap decisions
- Strong communication skills: can explain complex technology to non-technical stakeholders succinctly.
- Comfortable in ambiguity, fast-moving environments, and travel-heavy roles.
- Rapid understanding of NeuronERP’s hybrid architecture (Oracle custom backend AI/ML) enough to make product tradeoffs.
- Clear, actionable requirements that keep sprints predictable and engineers productive.
- Trusted by both customers and engineering, delivering high-value features on time.
- Demonstrates measurable impact via faster adoption, fewer support issues, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
