Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Leasing Agent located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Commercial Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing prospective tenants, exclusive spaces, leases, and providing exceptional energy on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial and/or Residential Leasing.
- Currently is a Licensed Agent in New York
- Knowledge in Customer Service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience in commercial real estate is a plus
- Proficient in Excel and tech savvy
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sustain and close a pipeline of leads that will be provided to you
- Manage spaces for lease and communications with clients
- Organize and participate in property showings
- Discover and pursue opportunities to attract tenants
