Primary Role
The Operations & Compliance Manager ensures the efficient functioning of Titan’s contact center and research support team by managing day-to-day operations, compliance processes, and staff support systems. This role separates operational oversight from sales management, allowing Sales Managers to focus exclusively on ARS (Asset Recovery Specialist) sales performance, coaching, and KPIs. The Operations Manager will oversee ARS Case Assignments, CRM audit and compliance recruitment, Compensation and Policy, new hire onboarding and technology setup, and human resources processes to ensure consistent workflow and fairness across the organization.
Key Accountabilities
- Performance Reporting: Provide leadership with weekly reports on KPIs, portfolio health, and operational bottlenecks.
- Compliance & CRM Monitoring: Audit CRM activities weekly to verify proper documentation of calls, emails, texts, and contracts. Enforce compliance standards across ARSs.
- Case Assignment Oversight: Implement and enforce case assignment and reassignment policies. Monitor case progress, reassign inactive cases, and ensure fairness.
- Training & Development (Non-Sales): Deliver and coordinate operational training (CRM usage, compliance standards, technology systems). Partner with Sales Manager for sales training.
- Technology & Systems Management: Oversee workstation setups, VPN access, Zoho CRM integrations, RingCentral, and Zoho Sign systems. Troubleshoot technical issues with IT vendors.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage recruitment pipeline, coordinate with hiring managers, conduct onboarding sessions, and ensure new hires are equipped with the tools to succeed.
- Compensation Administration: Manage ARS compensation calculations based on case completion percentages and ensure accuracy in payouts.
- HR & Employee Relations: Handle HR-related functions, including issuing corrective actions, documenting non-performance, and processing terminations.
Knowledge/Skills
- Strong organizational, project management, and administrative skills.
- Knowledge of HR and compliance processes in a call center/research environment.
- Proficiency with Zoho CRM, RingCentral, Microsoft Office, and workflow tools.
- Skilled at enforcing compliance while maintaining fairness and diplomacy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with ability to oversee workstation and integration troubleshooting.
Experience/Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of operational management or HR/recruitment experience.
- Experience in Call Center, Research, or Customer Service-oriented environments preferred.
- Proven ability to manage workflows, enforce policies, and oversee compliance tracking.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $55,000 per year.
