Previous epoxy flooring experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
As a Floor Installer, you'll work alongside a supervisor and fellow teammates to install premium epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems for residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Set up each job site by laying out protective tarps, preparing rollers, stocking flake buckets, and organizing equipment.
- Operate diamond grinders, industrial vacuums, blowers, squeegees, and other flooring equipment.
- Perform concrete crack repairs and surface preparation.
- Apply epoxy base coats and broadcast decorative flakes.
- Scrape, vacuum, and remove excess flakes after curing.
- Apply polyaspartic top coats to complete each installation.
- Roll coatings evenly to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Safely work in specialty spike shoes on coated surfaces.
- Clean and maintain equipment, trailers, and provided tools.
- Mix epoxy and polyaspartic materials.
- Take installation photos for company social media and marketing channels.
- Work safely in varying weather conditions.
- Lift a minimum of 30-40lbs.
