The Professional Housing Consultant is a full-time, on-site role located in Schertz, TX. You will be responsible for guiding prospective clients through the home-buying process, showcasing properties, and assisting with customized housing solutions. Daily responsibilities include generating new leads, managing customer relationships, utilizing marketing tools such as social media, and achieving sales goals. You will collaborate with the sales and management teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all customers.
- Proven knowledge in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in Real Estate and working knowledge of Affordable Housing
- Familiarity with Social Media as a tool for marketing and client engagement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse clients and teams
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet sales targets consistently
- Proficiency in using CRM tools is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in Schertz, TX
- Previous experience in housing or real estate industries is beneficial
