**Job Summary:**
Titan is seeking skilled Millwrights / Welders / Multicrafts, Leadmen, and Foremen to join our team. The ideal Millwright candidate will be responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment. The ideal Welder candidate will be responsible for fabrication and installation activities associated with various types of metals and piping. The ideal working Leadman and/or Foreman candidate will require all millwright and welder skills listed above, along with the ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and customers, promote a safety culture, develop coworkers, and manage completion of daily tasks. All candidates must align with Titan's core values of quality, dependability, positive attitudes, and safety.
**Duties:**
Millwrights
- Install, align, dismantle, and move industrial machinery and mechanical equipment according to layout plans using hand and power tools.
- Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
Welders
- Perform fabrication and welding of various types of structural steel using SMAW, GTAW, and MIG processes.
- Perform fabricaion and welding of various types of piping using SMAW and GTAW processes.
- Perform field take-offs for structural steel and piping networks.
Working Leadman / Foreman
- All Welder / Millwright duties listed above.
- Effectively communicate with coworkers, management, and customers.
- Promote a safety culture by example.
- Management and completion of daily tasks within the allotted time.
- Develop / teach coworkers.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Millwright / Welder / Multicraft / Leadman / Foreman or similar role in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices.
- Certification as an Industrial Mechanic or Millwright is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of proper welding procedures.
- Ability to obtain welding certifications.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and isometric drawings.
- Ability to fit structural steel and pipe.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Extensive knowledge of standard industrial safety procedures and ability to adapt to Titan's progressive safety culture.
