Compensation

$28–$40 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

 Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

Position Summary

The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and residential environments while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to Titan's quality standards. Journeyman Electricians provide technical leadership in the field, mentor apprentice and mechanic electricians, and report directly to the Project Foreman or Superintendent.

Applicant Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Journeyman Electrician License/Card is required


• Minimum 6 years of electrical field experience preferred


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening


• Employment eligibility verified through E-Verify


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications


• Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills


• Must provide personal hand tools appropriate for the trade


• Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physical construction work


• Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems


• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and electrical drawings


• Ensure installations comply with the NEC and local building codes


• Mentor Apprentice and Mechanic Electricians


• Coordinate daily activities with the Project Foreman


• Identify and communicate project concerns before they become problems


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite


• Always wear and enforce proper PPE


• Follow OSHA safety regulations and Titan safety policies


• Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout


• Maintain company equipment and tools


• Deliver quality workmanship that reflects Titan's standards
