The Facility Manager is responsible for the successful daily operation of Titan’s warehouse and related facilities. This includes maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace; managing tool and equipment logistics; overseeing safety and compliance; and ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time.
This position reports directly to the Commercial Vice President and plays a vital role in supporting project teams and overall company operations.
ResponsibilitiesBe on time and ready to start work at the designated start time.
Maintain a safe, clean driving record and minimum OSHA 10 Certification.
Create and maintain a repair log for all tools and equipment, following up on return and readiness.
Operate company vehicles safely and courteously; ensure vehicles remain clean inside and out.
Coordinate delivery of jobsite tools and materials as scheduled.
Manage tool check-in/check-out through the company’s tracking platform.
Ensure completion of all daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse tasks.
Receive, label, and inventory all incoming deliveries; notify appropriate project managers.
Maintain organized storage of materials labeled with project PO# and job name.
Manage RGA materials and ensure proper organization of returned inventory.
Maintain adequate stock levels of consumables (nuts, bolts, screws, wire, etc.).
Ensure all trash is removed daily and workspaces remain clean and organized.
Inspect, clean, and repair returned tools and equipment for future use.
Notify the Commercial VP of any damaged tools, materials, or safety concerns.
Train warehouse assistants on safe equipment operations.
Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by maintaining and enforcing security procedures.
Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile data within the inventory system.
Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse through regular inspections and maintenance.
Supervise warehouse operations, assign daily tasks, and follow up on results.
Promote safe equipment use, coach and mentor team members, and uphold company standards.
Stay informed on federal and state safety regulations and participate in continuing education.
Establish and monitor warehouse practices and safety protocols for maximum efficiency.
Identify and correct unsafe behaviors, conditions, or equipment.
Conduct safety inspections and prepare reports on incidents or noncompliance.
Participate in the development and implementation of OSHA programs and safety initiatives.

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or facility management preferred.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Knowledge of safety management systems and OSHA compliance.
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
Proficient in inventory tracking and data entry systems.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
