Qualifications / Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of field experience in electrical or construction work
- Must be able to speak and understand English clearly
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required)
- Must complete OSHA 30 Construction certification within 90 days of hire
- Experience leading teams and managing jobsite responsibilities
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting construction plans and electrical drawings

Titan Electrical Services - Core Values
Summary: This position is responsible for assisting Project Managers with on schedule and on budget completion of projects. This creates value for our clients and our business. Project Foreman will report directly to their Project Superintendent.
Key Result Areas

- Must be able to Speak and Understand English
- Follow OSHA Regulations (if unsure, ask Superintendent)
- Maintain an OSHA 30 Construction certification within 90 days of employment
- Ask questions; it’s ok not to know - it’s not ok not to ask.
- Guide Apprentice and Mechanic Electricians in all work duties
- Prepare and keep an updated project punch list (look ahead 2 weeks)
- Ensure all Team Members are working in a clean, workman-like manner, at all times.
- Assist other Titan Team members to complete all required work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site. Keep all trailers / storage containers / job boxes clean and organized. The storage unit must be clean and swept out with lock turned back into Superintendent .
- Call and request No Cuts within five business days prior to any excavation, trenching, digging, or setting of poles by emailing Superintendent and Project Manager
- Mark white line area for No Cuts prior to requesting
- Attend job site meetings as required
- Confirm with Superintendent and Project Manager that the most current set of plans are on site
- Verify with General Contractor that you have the most current signed and sealed set of drawings prior to any inspections
- Inform Superintendent and Project Manager by email of any upcoming inspections and project deadlines .
- Request by email to the Superintendent and Project Manager when equipment rental is needed. This will allow reasonable time to have equipment on site
- Request from Superintendent if you will need a fuel can prior to equipment arrival
- Fill equipment with fuel prior to being picked up for return. Post picture within Procore of full tank
- Inform Superintendent and Project Manager, by email, if a storage unit is needed, or when the unit is ready for return.
- A 7-day notice must be given when a storage unit will need to be off site
- Correct and inform GC and Superintendent of all safety concerns in an email format (not text message)
- Always use and ensure all Team Members are utilizing your PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Inform Superintendent and Project Manager of any deficiencies on the work you are performing in an emailed format (not text message)
- Communicate with Superintendent and Project Manager any potential issues you see with completing your scope of work in an emailed format (not text message)
- Notify PM of any request not covered by scope of work in contract
- Know what/if the vehicle you are driving has a service agreement prior to receiving service. (Road Hazard: tire & wheel, Maintenance: oil change, or Extended Warranty.
- Sign out and return all the tools to the Warehouse Manager so he can remove your name from Share my Tool Box.
- Maintain all Titan equipment. Inform Superintendent and Project Manager of any damage or services needed by email. Clean and inspect all tools for defects before returning.
- Prior to completion of project submit red lined as-built plans to the Superintendent and Project Manager
- All communications should be followed-up with an email
- Communicate and Coordinate with the General Contractor
- Perform weekly toolbox talks on Monday of each week
- Inventory all gear packages, lighting packages, fire alarm packages, and material orders
- Immediately inform Superintendent and Project Manager of any shortages and/or damages by email
- Keep all material and packages organized and secured
- Inform in email format to Superintendent, Project Manager, and office of all Team Members of no show, arrive late, or leave early regardless of how minimal in time.
- Ensure that the project is being built per the plans and specifications
- Immediately complete Accident Reports for any Team Members on your project. Include pictures of site conditions and accident area with thorough details to include who, what, when, where, and why. Email completed items to Office and Project Manager
- Daily upload project pictures to Procore
- Prepare daily report and RFI’s emailing all to Superintendent and Project Manager
- Complete Time & Material (T&M) tickets daily and have signed by the GC daily. Email to the Superintendent and Project Manager at the completion of the task.
- Submit all material order requests, based on ordering 2 weeks in advanced, to the Superintendent, Project Manager, and office no later than 11:00am by the ordering platform
- Perform verbally and written Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to any Team Members as needed
- Complete and submit to Project Managers any verbal or written CAPs on Team Members
- Submit all final trim lists to the Superintendent and Project Manager prior to leaving the job site on the last day of rough. Making note of any long lead items needed.
