We are currently in need of a Commercial Superintendent
Salary:
- $73,500 - $83,200 per year
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of electrical commercial construction experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role (Superintendent, Foreman, or Project Lead).
- Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code), local codes, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to lead crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage multiple job sites.
- Experience with commercial electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, low voltage, and controls.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Skilled in project scheduling, resource planning, and progress tracking.
- Familiarity with Procore is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for working with project managers, general contractors, engineers, and field teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and make timely decisions under pressure.
- OSHA 30 required before or must obtain within 90 days of being hired.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles

Titan Electrical Services - Core Values
Summary: This position is responsible for assisting Project Managers with on schedule and on budget completion of projects. This creates value for our customers and for our business. Superintendent will report directly to their Project Manager.

- Confirm OSHA Regulations are being followed (if unsure, refer to OSHA manual)
- Confirm all team members are working in a clean workmanlike manner at all times
- Assist Foreman in updating project 2 Week Look Ahead and To Do List to complete all required work
- Confirm a clean, organized, and safe work site
- Request No Cuts to be called in (5) business days prior to any excavation, trenching, digging, or setting of poles by emailing Project Manager
- Confirm Foreman has white lined area to be marked for No Cuts
- Confirm site plans, Procore and GC plans all match
- Confirm with the Project Manager and foreman that they have the most current set of plans on site of each project
- Verify with General Contractor that the most current signed and sealed set of drawings are on site prior to any inspections
- Attend job site meetings as required – provide email update to PM
- Inform Project Manager by email of any upcoming inspections and project deadlines
- Confirm all trailers / storage containers / job boxes are clean and organized
- Correct and inform GC and Project Managers of all safety concerns in an email format (not text message)
- Always have, use, and enforce all Team Members are utilizing your PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Coordinate with Project Manager of any deficiencies on the work to ensure completion is able to be accomplished, keeping Foreman up to date on status. All correspondence in email format.
- Communicate with Project Manager and General Contractor any potential issues you see with completing the scope of work in an emailed format (not text message)
- All verbal communications should be followed up with an email (not text message)
- Communicate and Coordinate with the General Contractor
- Order and call off any equipment rentals in a timely manner by emailing Project Manager
- Confirm with Foreman that all rental equipment has been filled with diesel or gas prior to return, and post pictures on Procore
- Supply Foreman with storage unit lock and pick up locks from Foreman upon completion of container
- Return all keys and locks from storage units to the shop
- Communicate to Project Manager when a storage unit is needed, and when it needs to be picked up giving orientation of unit for delivery. Request needs turned in with 7-day lead time
- Confirm toolbox talks have been completed weekly as required by the project.
- Confirm Inventory of all gear packages, lighting packages, fire alarm packages, and material orders
- Coordinate with Project Manager any shortages and/or damages of packages by email, keeping Foreman up to date on status
- Confirm Foreman are keeping all material and packages organized and secured
- Confirm Foreman is completing red lined as-builts and has been submitted to Project Manager upon completion of project
- Confirm that Foreman notes attendance of all team members that no show, arrive late, or leave early regardless of how minimal in time
- Confirm and enforce that the project is being built per the plans and specifications
- Verify measurements, quantities, and installation. Part of quality control
- Maintain all Titan equipment and inform Project Manager of any damage or services needed by email
- Inform Warehouse Manager if tools are being moved from project to project
- Perform verbal and written Corrective Action Plans (CAP’s) to any Team Members as needed
- Complete and submit to Project Managers any verbal or written CAP’s on Team Members
- Regularly upload project pictures to Procore, especially before leaving the job site
- Create detailed punch lists
- Immediately confirm Accident Reports have been thoroughly completed and emailed to office and Project Manager
- Confirm daily reports and RFI’s have been produced and emailed to Project Managers
- Confirm all Team Member always work safe, ALL are important to the Team, and ALL are most valuable to the Team including You.
