Position Summary: Titan Echelon is seeking a skilled UAS Maintenance Technician II–III to support aircraft maintenance, ground operations, and mission readiness for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) in CONUS and OCONUS environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in aircraft systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, along with the ability to provide technical instruction to internal personnel and customers. This role ensures compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards while supporting safe and effective flight operations.

- Perform ground handling, launch, and recovery operations for unmanned aircraft systems
- Conduct routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on aircraft systems, subsystems, and ground support equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, avionics, and sensor systems to maintain operational readiness
- Perform structural, composite, and mechanical repairs in accordance with technical manuals and procedures
- Analyze maintenance logs, fault data, and system reports to identify and resolve issues
- Support installation, integration, and testing of aircraft systems and associated equipment
- Provide classroom and hands-on instruction to UAS Maintenance Technicians and/or customers on maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and system operations
- Respond to and resolve emergent maintenance issues in operational environments
- Ensure compliance with all applicable company, customer, and safety standards in daily operations
- Maintain tools, support equipment, and work areas in support of mission requirements
- Assist with mission planning, coordination, and execution as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of program requirements

Basic Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and 5–7 years of relevant aircraft/UAS maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience performing routine and preventative maintenance on aircraft systems, subsystems, and ground support equipment
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot engines, flight controls, avionics, and associated system components
- Knowledge of rigging equipment and safe rigging practices
- Ability to travel up to 75% (CONUS and OCONUS), including deployed environments
- Active DoD Secret security clearance required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance
- Ability to operate vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, if required
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior military aviation or UAS maintenance experience
- Experience supporting deployed UAS ISR operations
- Experience with composite, structural, and mechanical aircraft repair
Education/Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability: Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in support of aircraft maintenance operations
- Must be able to distinguish wire colors and visual indicators for maintenance and troubleshooting tasks
- Ability to lift, carry, and/or move equipment and materials up to 100 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and operate in confined or elevated spaces
- Ability to work with tools, equipment, and aircraft systems in operational environments
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT physical
