Job Title: QCM/SSHO (Dual-Hat Role)
Lodging and fuel: Covered by Titan
Location: Indian Head, MD
Duration: 6 months
Scope: Existing building equipment replacement and installation of a new fire suppression system.
Qualification:
- USACE/NAVFAC QCM certification and OSHA 30 required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction quality control and site safety.
- Strong understanding of EM 385-1-1, fire suppression systems, and building equipment replacement.
- Ability to perform inspections, manage QC documentation, and enforce safety compliance.
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification and eligibility for Naval facility access.
Salary : $110,000
