Fiber Internet Installation Technician

Requirements
Qualified candidates must have:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable Truck or Van
- Valid driver’s license
- Current proof of insurance
- Smartphone/cell phone
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Clean background check (No felonies)
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs
- Willingness to travel within the assigned service area
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of telecommunications or installation experience preferred
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
- Training available for the right candidate
Job Responsibilities
- Install, connect, and repair fiber internet equipment for residential and business customers
- Use ladders and tools safely while performing installations
- Ensure proper modem/router setup and internet connectivity inside customer locations
- Educate customers on equipment usage, mobile apps, and internet access
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain professionalism and reliability on every job assignment
