Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for interacting directly with customers to promote AT&T services, answer questions and execute sales. The Sales Team Member role is vital in meeting daily marketing efforts while supporting the overall team’s performance.
Key Responsibilities as an Sales Team Member:
- As an Sales Team Member, present AT&T products and services tailored to each customers’ needs
- Learn and apply effective marketing strategies throughout customer interactions to ensure local business marketing and sales goals are met for the Sales Team Member team
- Execute sales transactions successfully and efficiently while maintaining accurate record of client accounts
- Support ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions to enhance sales performance
- Collaborate with Sales Team Member team members to meet daily performance goals not only individually, but as a team
- Represent the brand with professionalism to sustain a positive brand presence within the community
- Work efficiently with other Sales Team Member to maintain a productive and harmonious work environment
Qualifications necessary to be an Sales Team Member:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
- Obtain strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism throughout customer/team member interactions
- Sustains an adaptable mindset to keep up with daily campaigns/promotions
- Have an interest in learning marketing and sales skills/techniques to perform well as a Sales Team Member
- Able to work well with a team, as well as independently
- Ambitious and enjoys working in a results-based environment
