Duties
- Planning and Scheduling of daily production flow.
- Knowledge and experience with CETEC software or similar ERP/MRP software.
- Fluent computer skills and understanding of how databases work.
- Experience with Management Information Systems.
- Minimum 10 years as Production Control or Production Management in PCB or PCBA related manufacturing company.
- Manage SMT, PCBA, Electromechanical, and Electronic Box Build Assembly Operations.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience in leading teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, root cause analysis skills, troubleshooting process issues, and experience in continuous improvement to reduce waste.
- Team player – ability to work with internal teams and management.
- Ability to respond quickly to both external and internal customer needs.
- Meet or exceed Shipment and Quality Goals and Standards.
- Continuous Improvement Mentality.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Electronic Manufacturing. Extensive experience with SMT, Through-Hole Soldering, and Electro-mechanical Box Builds. Yamaha SMT equipment experience preferred.
- Proven experience in contract management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production manag
- Effective Team Leader. Ability to bring on (as needed), train, develop, grow and effectively manage an existing production team.
- High energy, well organized, and detail oriented.
- Understanding of ISO requirements and committed to producing a high-quality product. Knowledgeable in assembly processes and procedures. Insure a safe working environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Participates in the hiring and training of production personnel.
- Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of production personnel.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Essential Function
Responsible for all production employees including staffing, training, and reviews.
Manage the production supervisors to ensure understanding and adherence to the schedule and quality goals.
Monitor and improve utilization and efficiency of production personnel and resources.
Establish and maintain cost and time standards with engineering for all projects.
Drive production to meet these established time standards.
Work with scheduling to establish production schedules and ensure they are met.
Support the quality department, resolve all product related issues and to set and maintain performance to quality objectives,
Advise the management team on process, staffing, equipment, and facility improvements to support the company’s continued growth.
Monitor preventive maintenance programs to ensure on time completion of maintenance and report issues to the facilities manager.
Any additional tasks as requested or required to help Titan achieve its goals.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Must be a US person.
Ability to work from written English work instructions required.
Highly skilled in generating and analyzing reports in Excel.
