What You’ll Do

• Assemble custom lithium battery packs designed for UAV/drone applications
• Solder, weld, and connect cells and components following precise specifications
• Inspect and test batteries for quality, safety, and performance
• Shrink wrap, label, and prepare batteries for shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with the engineering and quality teams to improve processes and product design
• Document builds and provide feedback to improve production efficiency

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality, reliable products
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and read technical specifications
• Comfortable working with your hands and small tools (soldering experience is a plus but we will train)
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Open to learning new skills and taking on new challenges
• Prior experience in electronics, manufacturing, UAV/drone tech, or military service is a plus, but not required
