Titan Auto Tech is a locally owned, independent automotive repair facility in Castle Rock, Colorado, specializing in European and Asian vehicles.

We're looking for an experienced B-level to A-level Automotive Technician who takes pride in quality repairs, accurate diagnostics, and professional workmanship.

• VCDS for Volkswagen and Audi diagnostics

• OEM repair information and service procedures
• Digital vehicle inspections and modern shop management systems

When a repair requires specialized tools or equipment, we invest in the resources necessary to do the job correctly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair European and Asian vehicles, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Lexus, Toyota, Honda, and other import brands.
• Perform mechanical repairs, maintenance, and electrical diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot drivability concerns and vehicle system faults.
• Follow OEM repair procedures and professional repair standards.
• Complete accurate digital vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Identify additional maintenance and repair needs.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Contribute to a productive, professional, team-oriented shop.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience
• Current ASE certifications required
• Demonstrated B-level or A-level automotive repair skills
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair abilities
• Experience working on European and/or Asian vehicles
• Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining quality
• Familiarity with professional scan tools and electronic service information
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Professional hand tools appropriate for the position
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good communication skills

Preferred:

• ASE Master Automobile Technician (A1–A8) certification strongly preferred for A-level applicants
• European manufacturer training or certifications
• Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostic experience
• Experience with BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, or Porsche
• Experience with digital vehicle inspections and electronic repair documentation
