Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a key role in delivering a spotless, home-away-from-home experience for our guests by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service in guest rooms and suites. Key Responsibilities:

·         Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and furnishings to brand standards

·         Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies

·         Make beds, change linens, and vacuum floors

·         Maintain organized and stocked carts and storage areas

·         Report maintenance needs and lost items

·         Communicate room status and guest feedback to supervisors

·         Provide friendly, professional service to all guests

·         Follow safety and cleaning protocols, including use of chemicals

Qualifications:

·         Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred

·         Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

·         Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, reaching)

·         Comfortable working with cleaning agents and equipment

·         Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
