Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Columbus, OH. The Human Resources Specialist will handle HR management responsibilities, implement HR policies, manage employee benefits packages, and oversee personnel management. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with management to address workforce needs, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Experience in developing and enforcing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
- Skills in Personnel Management and effective communication
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Familiarity with UKG and HRIS tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in a similar HR role is highly valued
