Titan America is looking for a Senior L & D Manager to lead their team onsite from either Deerfield Beach, FL or Norfolk, VA. The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for shaping and executing the enterprise‑wide skills and capability‑building strategy. Working with HR, Talent Management, and business leaders, this role delivers scalable development solutions that drive sustained performance and leadership effectiveness, aligning with business goals and future workforce requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


Learning & Capability Building:

  • Develop and execute an enterprise-wide learning strategy that is fully aligned with business objectives, future skill requirements, and organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to conduct annual learning needs analyses, identifying essential skill and capability gaps.
  • Design scalable solutions that drive measurable improvements in performance, workforce readiness, and overall business outcomes.


Curriculum Development & Program Design:

  • Lead the design and governance of enterprise curricula, encompassing leadership, functional, and core capability programs. Oversee the creation and development of learning assets, toolkits, and facilitator guides to ensure consistency and quality at scale.
  • Develop blended learning solutions that leverage classroom, digital, experiential, and on-the-job methods. Align learning journeys to be integrated, progressive, and tailored across different career stages, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the workforce.
  • Design and execute development centers to support upskilling and growth of critical employee segments, and partner with Talent Management to integrate development center insights into talent planning and decisions. Ensure fair and data-driven assessment practices throughout all learning initiatives.
  • Partner with key stakeholders on organizational effectiveness initiatives, including organization design, role clarity, and capability enablement. Apply organization design principles to support structural changes, growth, and transformation efforts, collaborating with HR and Business on organizational design projects. Align learning solutions with evolving operating models and ways of working to ensure workforce adaptability.
  • Conduct and/or identify resources and tools for team development, such as teambuilding sessions and other targeted interventions, supporting both structural and behavioral aspects of organizational change.


Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead and develop a distributed L&D team across multiple locations, fostering strong collaboration, accountability, and capability building.
  • Effectively prioritizes team efforts around highest‑value business needs, balancing strategic program aspirations with practical, enterprise‑wide realities to ensure initiatives deliver meaningful impact and align with critical business priorities.
  • Coach and develop direct reports, building internal expertise in program design, facilitation, and learning consultancy.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and enterprise thinking within the L&D function.


Key Capabilities & Skills

  • 10 years of experience in corporate learning, talent development, organizational design, or capability building
  • Stakeholder consulting and needs analysis
  • Demonstrated experience designing, leading and implementing learning solutions at scale
  • Facilitation of learning programs and team development sessions
  • Organizational design, Organizational effectiveness and change management
  • Leadership Assessments (360, Hogan, Disc, Learning Agility)
  • Program management, including budget management, planning, execution, and evaluation of learning initiatives
  • People Management
