About the Role
Titan America is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Sr. Analyst – Corporate Development to support the Mid-Atlantic Business Unit. This role will work closely with the VP of Business Development and senior leadership to support strategic growth initiatives, market analysis, business planning, and executive-level reporting.
The position is ideal for an individual with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights. Success in this role requires advanced capabilities in writing, financial and operational analysis, and professional presentation development.
Based at Titan America’s Norfolk corporate headquarters, this role offers significant exposure to executive leadership and high-impact strategic initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, customer demand patterns, competitive activity, and macroeconomic indicators impacting the construction materials industry
- Support strategic growth initiatives across cement, aggregates, ready-mix, and supplementary cementitious materials markets
- Assist in the evaluation of acquisitions, partnerships, and other corporate development opportunities
- Develop financial, operational, and commercial models to support business decision-making
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership
- Build and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and performance tracking tools using Excel and business intelligence platforms
- Conduct research and analysis related to market expansion opportunities, pricing trends, infrastructure investment, and regional construction activity
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, commercial, procurement, and strategy teams
- Support development of customer-facing and internal marketing materials, business cases, and strategic communications
- Translate complex information into concise, professional, and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline
- 3–7 years of experience in corporate development, business analysis, strategy, finance, consulting, or related fields
- Experience supporting executive leadership in a corporate or industrial environment preferred
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, market analytics, and business performance metrics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required
- Exceptional written communication and business writing skills are essential
- Experience building executive presentations and summarizing complex concepts for leadership audiences
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or related analytics/reporting tools is a plus
- Exposure to construction materials, manufacturing, industrials, logistics, or infrastructure-related industries preferred
