Titan America has an immediate opportunity for a Procurement Manager in our Deerfield Beach, Florida Office. This salaried exempt position will support our Center of Excellence (COE), leading critical shared services and governance functions, including Procurement Compliance, Master Data Management, Contract Administration, Fleet Programs, and Procurement Analytics. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of operational discipline, systems expertise, business partnership, and continuous improvement mindset within a complex manufacturing or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and development to the Procurement COE team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Govern and continuously enhance procurement-related SAP structures and workflows, including organizational hierarchy, release strategies, material master governance, and Materials Management optimization initiatives.
- Ensure procurement operations remain compliant with SOX requirements, ESG commitments, supplier safety expectations, and internal governance standards.
- Lead the deployment and administration of enterprise procurement programs, monitoring adoption, utilization, compliance, and overall business effectiveness.
- Develop and manage supplier segmentation methodologies, supplier scorecards, and performance evaluation tools to support strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives.
- Oversee Titan America’s corporate fleet and toll management programs, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, compliance, and vendor performance.
- Serve as the enterprise owner for procurement-related master data, including material, service, and vendor records, ensuring data integrity and process consistency across the organization.
- Develop and administer the company’s procurement contract management framework, including contract intake, review coordination, repository governance, and compliance with delegated authority and LOA approval requirements.
- Partner closely with Digital Transformation and IT teams to expand procurement analytics and reporting capabilities, including business intelligence dashboards, KPI development, workflow automation, and emerging AI-enabled procurement tools.
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve procurement policies, procedures, standards, and governance documentation.
- Design and deliver training materials, process documentation, workshops, and Procure-to-Pay educational sessions for procurement personnel and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support enterprise procurement transformation initiatives and contribute to the continued evolution of Titan America’s Procurement Center of Excellence model.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, procurement operations, shared services, or procurement governance roles.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing operations, contract administration, and procure-to-pay workflows within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience working within ERP environments, preferably SAP, including exposure to master data governance and workflow administration.
- Demonstrated experience developing procurement policies, governance programs, and internal compliance processes.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience utilizing business intelligence and reporting tools to support operational decision-making.
- Experience managing or supporting enterprise contract administration and repository management programs.
- Familiarity with corporate fleet management programs and vendor administration practices is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe tools, and business intelligence platforms.
- Exceptional written communication, presentation, and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities with a demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally across Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, and Supply Chain teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- Experience within the heavy manufacturing, construction materials, cement, aggregates, or industrial sectors is strongly preferred.
