Titan Florida, LLC has an immediate opening for a Weighmaster for our Medley, FL aggregates plant. This wage non-exempt position reports to the Aggregates Shipping Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Clean the in-bound and the out-bound scales daily
- Notify the Aggregates Shipping Manager and alert when the scale certification will be due.
- Operate the Aggregate scales, both In-bound, Out-bound and Try out scale with hydraulic clamshell system
- Complete all end-of-the-day reports and close-outs
- Maintain the scales inside and outside
- Interact with customers and freight vendors
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism and integrity
- Excellent customer service orientation skills.
- Physically fit to handle lifting at least 50 lbs.
- Able to use a high-pressure water hose used for cleaning
- Able to climb stairs and perform physical work
- Ability to work well with others and customers
- Good computer skills (prior JWS system experience preferred)
- Able to work overtime and weekends when necessary
- High degree of accuracy in a fast paced and multi-task environment
- Must be able to speak, read and write English / Spanish
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Able to walk, kneel crouch, crawl, talk and hear
Shift:
Must be able to work weekends and overtime as necessary.
