Job Snapshot
- Pay: $8,000 – $12,000 per month (Commission Draw).
- Training: 1–3 Months Paid Training (timeline depends on how fast you learn).
- Location: This role requires a lot of driving. You will be on a different route every day—North one day, South the next.
- Benefits: Company van provided, full equipment set up provided, sales training provided and more.(_Note_: We provide the vehicle and equipment, but we do not cover gas or insurance).
The Role: Sales Driven
- Warm Leads Only: No cold calling. You are walking into homes with pre-booked appointments.
- Upselling: Your primary job is performing the baseline service, explaining the value of our deeper services, and closing upsells on-site.
- Handiness: No prior experience needed, but you must be perfectly comfortable using tools and working with your hands.
The Logistics: Heavy Driving
- Extensive Travel: This role requires a lot of driving. You will be on a different route every day—North one day, South the next.
- Vehicle Provided: We supply the work van and equipment for the job.
- Requirements: A valid driver's license and a willingness to drive high miles daily are mandatory.
