Sports Minded Sales Representative

Are you a sports-minded individual with a passion for sales? We’re looking for an energetic Sales Representative to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee! In this role, you'll identify new business opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. You’ll report directly to the Retail Sales Manager and collaborate with a supportive sales team focused on growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Contribute to the development of effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• 2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
• Strong client-first mindset and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a strong team player.
