Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented Senior DevOps Engineer with experience in AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Puppet, and similar technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our DevOps environment, ensuring seamless integration of applications across multiple environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain a scalable and secure DevOps environment for the organization's applications.
- Ensure efficient deployment, monitoring, and management of applications using containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to ensure continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of applications using tools like Jenkins and GitHub.
- Maintain and manage infrastructure as code using configuration management tools such as Puppet.
- Implement automated testing and monitoring practices throughout the DevOps pipeline.
- Monitor system performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to improve overall system performance.
- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies for continuous improvement of the DevOps environment.
- Document processes and procedures related to the DevOps environment and train other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with demonstrated experience in AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Puppet, and similar technologies.
- Expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience in designing, building, and maintaining complex DevOps environments.
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl.
- Experience in infrastructure automation and configuration management using tools such as Puppet or Chef.
- Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, source code management, and automated testing.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies and practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- AWS certification such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Experience with other container orchestration technologies such as Docker Swarm, Mesos, or Nomad.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
- Familiarity with security best practices in a DevOps environment.
- Experience in managing distributed systems and applications.

- The pay for this position ranges from $65,205 to $134,375.
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
