Responsibilities
- Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the SharePoint platform.
- Will focus on ITSM, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Will assure the overall security and governance strategy to adhere to the VA M365 tenant guardrails.
- Responsible for development and support of Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent), Nintex Workflow and Office 365 integration.
- Responsible for migration of SharePoint sites within VA M365 tenant.
Qualifications
- Must have extensive experience with the use of multiple different tools to determine best approach for site management, modernization, migration, and integrated solutions.
- Should have up to date knowledge on all current software tools available for SharePoint site migrations such as Sharegate.
- Should have extensive experience in working with customer requirements and troubleshooting SharePoint Online sites.
- Experience in Level 3 SharePoint tenant-level triage.
- Business Process Automation (Intermediate)
- Basic workflow skills- Data analytics experience (Intermediate/Novice).
- Knowledge of solution architecture and system integration (SharePoint Online).
- Ability to identify and analyze business processes to be automated.
- Ability to design the automation process.
- Knowledge of low-level computer languages (web based).
- Basic coding skills (any languages).
- Testing skills to test automated processes.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent PLUS 5 Years of experience.
- Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
Clearance:
- The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.
Location:
- Remote, USA.
- Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST).
Pay Range:
- The pay for this position ranges from $52,730 to $63,500.
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
- Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
