About the Role
Based at our New York office, the Office and Administrative Assistant keeps our workplace running smoothly while providing administrative support to the Tishman Capital Partners team. Seated at the reception desk, you'll be the welcoming first point of contact for visitors and a go-to resource across the office. It's a hands-on, people-facing role for someone who is organized, resourceful, and discreet.
What You'll Do
· Greet visitors and serve as the first point of contact at reception, issuing building passes through the building security system.
· Keep the office running—assist with managing supply orders, vendor coordination, conference room scheduling, mail, packages, and couriers.
· Assist in supporting company meetings, office events, and on-site logistics, and maintain a clean, welcoming reception and common-area environment.
· Provide general administrative support to the TCP team, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination with internal assistants and external parties.
· Coordinate travel, itineraries, and logistics, adapting quickly to frequent last-minute changes.
· Process expense reports and invoices, and track follow-up items and deadlines—handling sensitive information with discretion.
· Provide backup administrative support across teams as needed.
What You'll Bring
· 5 years of administrative and/or office services experience; financial services, investments, or real estate experience preferred.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with expense reporting and CRM systems a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· A professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills.
· A high degree of discretion, reliability, and confidentiality.
· A positive, resourceful, and team-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
· Associate or bachelor's degree.
· Familiarity with the practical use of AI and emerging technology tools in an administrative setting.
Compensation
Salary range: $80,000–$93,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Tishman offers a competitive benefits package.
