Job Summary
This is a salary position with uncapped performance-based commissions on sales.
Our Account Executive is responsible for generating new leads, converting assigned leads into new customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience through the onboarding process. Additionally, the Account Executive is responsible for maintaining customer relationships with assigned existing customer. Account Executives are expected to utilize various channels, including cold calling, networking, and trade show references to generate new leads. Account Executives will be expected to understand client needs and demonstrate relevant solutions from our offerings. This position is a hybrid office and work from home position with some travel required. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for sales, as you will engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and promote products effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new accounts.
- Manage and service existing accounts when assigned.
- Handle and nurture assigned leads through the sales pipeline.
- Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Proven sales experience in either SaaS or tire industry.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Travel to trade shows or customer events as required.
- Increase revenue in existing accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
