What You’ll Do
- Sell wheels, tires, suspension, lift kits, accessories, and maintenance services
- Build estimates and explain recommendations professionally
- Answer phones, respond to online leads, and greet walk-in customers
- Follow up on estimates and convert leads into sales
- Coordinate with technicians to keep jobs on schedule
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive service advisor or sales experience preferred
- Tire and wheel knowledge is a major plus
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and team player
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
