Tire Warehouse in Lake Orion has an opening for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor.

Opportunity and position information: Salaries Range from 72K – 110K.

Tire Warehouse in Lake Orion is a family owned 55-year-old company with deep roots in the community. We have a very high degree of customer loyalty created by a happy mix of Service Advisors who understand the value of our moto: “we are in the people business.. and we just happen to sell tires and fix cars”. We operate our shop with four service advisors and we are most particular about our replacement. Our General Manager has been with us for 42 years and our Technicians and Service Advisors have been with us from 14 to 38 years. The point is that most of our people come and stay a great many years.

Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their automotive service needs.
- Utilize automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge to assess vehicle issues accurately.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards throughout the service process.
- Utilize sales skills to recommend additional services or products when appropriate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,691.00 - $109,628.00 per year
