Experienced Sales & Office Specialist – Tire & Rim Shop
We are currently hiring an experienced Sales & Office Specialist for a busy new and used tire and rim shop.
Previous experience in tire sales, rim sales, automotive sales, or a tire shop office is required.
Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling sales, answering phone calls, preparing invoices, processing payments, scheduling services, and maintaining office and inventory records.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person and over the phone
- Sell new and used tires and rims
- Provide accurate pricing and product information
- Understand tire sizes, rim sizes, and basic vehicle fitment
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and work orders
- Process cash and card payments
- Schedule customer services
- Maintain customer, sales, and inventory records
- Keep the front office organized
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
Requirements:
- Must have previous tire, rim, or automotive sales experience
- Strong knowledge of tire sizes and rims
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Good computer and office skills
- Dependable, organized, and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
