About the Role
Tire Rack is seeking an experienced Principal Digital Analyst with hands-on expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target to lead digital analytics, experimentation, and website optimization across tirerack.com.
This position plays a critical role in improving the online customer experience by owning the A/B and multivariate testing program, analyzing customer behavior, and translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience working directly within Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, demonstrates strong analytical and strategic thinking, and can influence cross-functional teams while presenting insights to executive leadership. This is a hands-on role requiring direct experience with both platforms, rather than primarily overseeing teams or reviewing reports generated by others.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of A/B and multivariate testing through Adobe Target to improve website performance and the online customer experience
- Utilize Adobe Analytics to analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, traffic patterns, website performance, and opportunities for improvement
- Own the digital experimentation program, including test prioritization, implementation, measurement, and reporting
- Oversee analytics requirements for website enhancements, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and post-launch performance measurement
- Translate complex analytical findings and testing results into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and executive leadership
- Partner with IT, Marketing, UX, and other teams to implement testing strategies, resolve analytics challenges, and drive measurable improvements
- Establish and maintain digital analytics best practices, including data governance, quality, standardization, and reporting standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other analysts while identifying opportunities to improve analytics capabilities and processes
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional, hands-on experience using both Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target in a production environment
- Experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Analytics, including segmentation, reporting, conversion analysis, and customer behavior measurement
- Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in digital analytics, website optimization, or experimentation
- Strong understanding of e-commerce analytics, website performance metrics, conversion optimization, and customer behavior
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Experience communicating analytical findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership
- Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams while communicating complex analytical concepts clearly and effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a high-traffic e-commerce website or complex digital retail environment
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Tags, or related Adobe technologies
- Experience with Tableau, Excel, or other data analysis and visualization tools
- Experience leading analytics initiatives, developing experimentation strategies, or mentoring other analysts
- Professional Adobe certifications
Hours
- Monday–Friday; occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary
- 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; additional hours may be necessary
