What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Service Advisor position at Tire Outlet Auto Service Inc.?

- Greet customers and document their concerns regarding vehicle repairs
- Advise customers on repair options and costs
- Consult with technicians to provide accurate service outcomes
- Inform customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections
- Manage service center scheduling and workflow efficiently
- Keep customers updated on service changes and vehicle readiness
- Assist customers in deciding on repair options
- Maintain facility cleanliness and organization
Guest Service
- Ensures that each customer receives outstanding customer service by ensuring that management team is maintaining store standards, solid product knowledge, conducting call backs, ensures that time commitments are met, and all other components of guest service. Handles escalated customer complaints.
Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience of sales in an auto repair shop management position or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry.
- Willingness to learn and meet sales goals in a driven environment
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or similar position preferred, but not required.
- Possess valid CA driver’s license, or obtain a valid CA driver’s license within 30 days of hire date.
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday's.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year starting
