Job description
Tire Mart & Co, is a Las Vegas NV Tire Retailer known for its great customer service, and competitive pricing. We have thousands of tires and have serviced over 25,000 customers. We open a store in El Paso Texas, and are looking for salespeople who can honestly offer services to our customers, to help offer the appropriate tires, and help our customers with their concerns.
We have an incentive plan for services sold, and for any fleet accounts or Business accounts that are acquired by our salespeople.
You must have good experience on tires & wheels sales, but We have a comprehensive training program that will get anyone ready for difficult product questions, all you need to have is charisma, and a great ability to talk to people, Bilingual English-Spanish is a PLUS

Duties and Responsibilities:
Help incoming customers at the store with their tire or service needs.
Quote and sell services to customers based on what our technicians indicate is needed on the inspection.
Answer calls that ring
Call previous customers about our monthly deals and promotions.
Reach out to local businesses, and invite them to sign up for our Fleet Account program.
