Duties
- Replace, rotate, and balance tires to optimize vehicle safety and handling
- Perform oil changes and fluid top-offs following manufacturer specifications
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs or potential issues
- Assist with wheel alignments to ensure proper vehicle tracking and tire longevity
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly dispose of used parts and fluids
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing questions confidently
Skills
- Dealership or automotive repair experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire installations or part replacements
- Knowledge of oil change procedures, tire service, wheel alignment, and basic automotive diagnostics
