Our main customer base is banks, credit unions and government offices and they rely on us and our products to complete their daily tasks.
Our field Support Technicians extend the lives of our customers' investments by preforming preventative maintenance and they also get to save the day by getting our customer's equipment back up and running and getting them back to work when down. We need people that are versatile and can work hands on with our equipment and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty (but also know the importance of leaving the customer's site cleaned up) and who also aren't afraid of technology and learning new systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
Our Support Technicians work primarily on-site, so a professional appearance and demeanor are a must! You will be responsible for fixing and maintaining mechanical aspects of our products but also need to be able to install and trouble shoot industry specific software, so technical knowledge is essential.
Qualifications and Skills
We prefer someone with a technical degree or similar real-life experience but will consider an exceptional candidate without these experiences. Local, day travel is a large part of the job, so you must have a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record. Background check and driving check will be performed. Company car and fuel card will be provided.
