We are seeking a dedicated RN - Telemetry to join our healthcare team in Conway, SC, offering $1,616/week.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to telemetry patients, monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms.
• Assess patient conditions, document findings, and communicate updates to healthcare teams.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, ensuring patient safety.
• Utilize telemetry equipment for continuous cardiac monitoring and respond promptly to alarms.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
