The Director of Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and repair of all district facilities and grounds, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional learning environment for all students, staff, and visitors. This role involves managing a team of maintenance and custodial staff, overseeing preventive and emergency maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.
