Where is the job? San Antonio, TX
The Job: We are looking to fill an immediate need for an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. Specific responsibilities include:
- Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service
- Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
- Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
- Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments
The Details: Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria:
- High School diploma/GED required
- Minimum 3 years leasing experience
- Must be able to close and work with a large team of like-minded individuals
- Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite
