Job Summary
This position at Tipsy Putt is an overall front of house position with wide ranging responsibilities in order to provide an extraordinary guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, high-energy welcome and perform responsible ID checks
- Provide fast, friendly service while pouring beer and preparing basic cocktails
- Confidently describe beers on tap, answer questions, and make recommendations
- Serve alcohol responsibly and professionally at all times
- Maintain a clean, guest-ready environment by bussing tables, clearing glassware, and cleaning throughout the shift
- Perform regular restroom checks to ensure comfort and cleanliness
- Stay informed on promotions, events, and offerings and share them with guests
- Accurately process drinks, games, and merchandise through the POS system
- Promote events and high-energy moments, especially during peak hours
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with Toast POS system
- Knowledge and passion for craft beer.
- Ability to work on a team and contribute in a positive manner.
Physical Requirements:
- 100% walk and stand
- Service with a smile and compassion for our guests!

- Operate POS system / Toast
- Ability to use IPAD and various applications
- Reach, bend, stoop, wipe and lift up to 50 pounds.
