Responsibilities
Support Team members with shipping, equipment preparation, customer support, administrative tasks, and interdepartmental projects. Other duties as assigned.
- This role requires someone who’s organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations smooth and customers happy
- Serve as backup support for sales specialist when needed
- Tech savvy
- Must be dependable, adaptable, and solution-oriented
- Industry experience a plus
