Role Description
We are seeking an XR Producer for a contract role working on-site in Malvern, PA. The XR Producer will oversee the development and execution of extended reality (XR) projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, including development, creative, and UX specialists, to guide the project lifecycle from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, risk management, client communication, and fostering an innovative and collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Project management experience, with skills in planning, resource allocation, and scheduling
- Strong knowledge of XR technologies and workflows, including virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and technical staff
- Excellent communication and client collaboration skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines and budget goals
- Knowledge of or experience in the Life Sciences, MedTech, or related industries is a plus
- Understanding of AI, Serious Gaming, and immersive learning methodologies is advantageous
- Relevant education or certifications in project management, media production, or interactive technologies
