Position Summary:
As a Tippi Toe’s Dance Franchise Manager, you will lead the development of the corporate location territory, selling our program in the local community, maximizing enrollment, hiring and developing Dance Instructors, and incrementally growing the business. Responsibilities include developing key relationships within the community to increase brand identity, regularly and consistently adding additional accounts, promoting additional revenue drivers, upholding all corporate direction/processes, and maintaining the proper enrollment/student ratio to support business growth. This position will set the model for business and sales operations to be used throughout the Corporate owned and Franchise fleet in the US, and reports to the Regional Director of Corporate Locations. The position is based in the greater San Gabriel, CA area.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversees the complete business operation for the territory
- Leads the scouting, introduction, follow-up, and securing of new school accounts
- Develops a new account tracking system to ensure the pipeline of new accounts is active
- Ensures the correct instructor/enrollment ratio as the business grows
- Builds and maintains key relationship with Day Cares and Schools within community
- Develops and maintains a recruiting/hiring pipeline of Dance Instructors
- Personally onboards each new instructor, and thoroughness/quality of process
- Regularly attends classes and assesses Dance Instructor performance. Ensures quality of classes is maximized
- Utilizes all company tools: playbooks, processes, procedures to maximize business operations and consistency of results
- Leverages and maximizes revenue drivers (parties/camps/merchandise sales, etc.) to grow the business
- Makes recommendations for layering on additional resources as the business grows
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Director of Corporate Locations to maximize business opportunities, continually improve the operation, and track performance/outcome
- Regularly assesses processes and makes recommendations for improvements
- Leverages outside expertise and best practices to ensure the team is continually improving the way it delivers the best dance experience for children
- Demonstrates the best business and sales model for all corporate owned and franchise locations in the US
Position Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills-Ability to plan on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, monitor and adjust to meet goals
- Works well independently
- Tenacity and self-motivation: high energy level, self-starter with positive attitude
- Proven sales track record and/or willingness to train and learn the process
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills-both verbal and written
- Experience with and/or understanding of franchise modeled businesses
- Proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding goals
- Excellent follow up skills

- Ability to manage multiple and changing projects simultaneously
- Must have proven computer skills and be internet savvy
