Snapshot of the role:
- Hunt down high-potential companies and key decision-makers, building strong target account lists and keeping the CRM sharp and up to date.
- Spark new business conversations through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach - turning cold prospects into warm opportunities.
- Get in front of senior stakeholders, uncover real business challenges, and position the platform as a solution that delivers genuine impact.
- Play a key role in driving pipeline growth by qualifying opportunities, booking meetings for the sales team, and helping refine outreach strategies through campaign insights.
What we are looking for:
- 1 years’ experience in a BDR or SDR role, ideally within SaaS/B2B/Tech
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Highly motivated, takes ownership of results, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
- A strong work ethic with the grit, ambition, and tenacity to succeed in a high-pace, environment.
