Location: Hershey Elementary School (this position will also cover ETM)

Health Assistant: $18.38 per hour

Any candidate recommended for hire will be asked to complete an expanded criminal history clearance at their cost.
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Works under the direction of TSC Head Nurse, School RN, and the Principal to provide health care needs primarily to TSC students, but can include TSC staff as needed. Care is provided in accordance with TSC policies, procedures, standing orders and Indiana State Laws. If LPN, responsible for reviewing immunizations, writing health care plans, providing health education , facilitating/performing vision screens, recording hearing screens and completing state reports as mandated by state law.
Salary : $18 - $26
