Gifted Instructional Coach – 2026–2027 School Year
Location: Tipp City Schools
Position Type: Full-Time | Certified Staff
Tipp City Schools is seeking a collaborative and knowledgeable Gifted Instructional Coach to support high-quality instruction and student learning across the district for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate will partner with teachers and administrators to strengthen instructional practices, support gifted learners, and provide coaching that promotes rigorous, engaging, and differentiated instruction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to support effective instructional practices
- Provide individual and group instructional coaching through observation, conversation, and lesson modeling
- Support the development of rigorous, standards-based instruction that promotes student engagement and ownership of learning
- Assist teachers in designing differentiated instruction to meet the needs of gifted learners and diverse student populations
- Support the development and implementation of Written Education Plans (WEPs) for gifted students
- Facilitate and support professional learning opportunities for teachers and staff
- Use data and reflection to guide instructional improvement and coaching practices
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Gifted Intervention Specialist license appropriate for the assignment or willingness to obtain licensure
- Strong knowledge of instructional strategies, particularly for gifted and advanced learners
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work effectively with teachers, administrators, and instructional teams
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and student success
