Senior Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership to complete assigned work on time with high quality
- Act as PM for cross-functional projects; drive progress and ensure deliverables are met
- Interface with internal teams including marketing, engineering, and leadership to coordinate actions
- Support marketing-related work such as vendor coordination, content preparation, and event logistics
- Gather, organize, and record data, documents, and information for executive use
- Support preparation of investor-facing materials, including business plans, decks, and documents for VC presentations
- Handle executive communications, meeting prep, follow-ups, and confidential documents with professionalism
- Assist CEO with ad-hoc strategic and operational tasks in a fast-paced startup environment
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- A master’s degree is a must, with at least 5 years executive assistant working experiences
- Mandarin speaking is preferred, with excellent English communication and writing skill
- Must be self-motivated
- Business analytics or engineering background is a plus
- Must be very organized

Compensation Structure
Our compensation package for full-time roles includes direct equity grants, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and, for all applicable roles, bonus plans.
*****We require all new hires, regardless of experience levels, to undergo an introductory period where they are taxed as 1099 and compensated at a rate of $4,000 to $6,000. 98.2% of all new hires transition to traditional W-2 employment in the first 3-6 months.******
